I lost my nose piece

Sometimes we lose pieces to our glasses and need replacement parts such as nose pieces. If you lose a piece we are happy to provide replacements at no cost. You will only need to cover the cost of shipping to your location. This can be done via www.paypal.com to our account paypal@pivothead.com.

Domestic shipping in the US is $10.50 for FedEx priority. International shipping will depend on your location and you will need to provide us a shipping address so we can get an estimate for you. 

To request replacement parts visit our return center and Submit a Request. Let us know what part you need and we will get that out to you once the payment for shipping has been received.
