Desktop app not working: Windows 10

The Windows 10 not recognizing your eyewear has become a new issue.  Several of our techs use PC and have updated to Windows 10 some time ago, none have had an issue using the desktop app on their machines. We would suggest reinstalling the desktop app. It may be possible that the Windows 10 install deleted some of the files required to support the Pivothead desktop app? Let us all know how this goes as I’m sure we will see more issue like this as more and more PC users make the switch to Windows 10.
