My glasses are freezing

There are a couple of things you can try to resolve this issue.

First, you can try a reset:

The most effective way to reset your Pivothead Eyewear is to hold down the power button for 20 seconds while plugged into your computer via the USB cable, then try to power on the glasses. This will reset the configuration settings on your glasses and give them a fresh start.

You can also do a hard reset by holding all 3 buttons (photo, video, and power) for 20 seconds while plugged into your computer via the USB cable, then try to power on the glasses.

After the hard reset, you should refresh/update your firmware following the instructions here.
