Pivothead Desktop App opens a blank window on my Mac! What do I do??

Our Desktop App requires the use of the library from Legacy Java runtime version 6, and after doing some digging around, it appears that OSX Yosemite has been experiencing issues with Java in general.

Please uninstall the Pivothead Desktop app AND uninstall Java. Then, reinstall Java from this Apple support fix: https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1572?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US

After Java has been reinstalled, please attempt to then install the Pivothead Desktop app again.
