My Pivotheads Have a Drive Error

When connecting Pivothead eyewear to a computer, if prompted with a “Pivothead Drive Error”, proceed with the following steps:
  1. Click on the prompt
  2. Click “Scan and Fix”
  3. Wait until you receive confirmation that the Drive was completely scanned and fixed.
  4. Safely eject your Pivothead eyewear
