Eyewear Will Turn On/Off, But Will Not Record Videos/Capture Photos

If you find that your Pivothead will turn on/off, but will not record videos/capture photos, this may indicate that the internal memory is full. To resolve, proceed with the following steps:
  1. Connect the Pivothead to a computer and power them on (indicated by the Blue LED light).
  2. Go into ‘My Computer’ and locate the Pivothead Drive.
  3. Right-Click on the Drive and in the pop-up window, select “Format…”
  4. Under ‘File system’, select default “FAT32 (Default)”
  5. Under ‘Allocation Unit Size’, select ‘Restore Device Defaults’.
  6. Under ‘Format Options’, ensure the ‘Quick Format’ box is checked.
  7. Select “Start”.
  8. Wait until confirmation the Format was successful, and safely eject from your computer.
  9. Enjoy!
