My glasses have a Drive Error

When connecting Pivothead eyewear to a computer, if you are prompted with a “Pivothead Drive Error”, proceed with the following steps:
  1. Click on the prompt
  2. Click “Scan and Fix”.
  3. Wait until you receive confirmation that the Drive was completely scanned and fixed.
  4. Safely eject your Pivothead eyewear.
  5. Enjoy!
