My glasses have a Drive Error

When connecting Pivothead eyewear to a computer, if you are prompted with a “Pivothead Drive Error”, proceed with the following steps:
Click on the prompt
Click “Scan and Fix”.
Wait until you receive confirmation that the Drive was completely scanned and fixed.
Safely eject your Pivothead eyewear.
