My computer does not recognize my glasses?

There are a couple of things you can try to attempt to resolve this on your end.

First, you can try a hard reset:

The most effective way to reset your Pivothead Eyewear is to hold down the power button for 20 seconds while plugged into your computer via the USB cable, then try to power on the glasses. 

You can also try holding all 3 buttons (photo, video, and power) for 20 seconds while plugged into your computer via the USB cable, then try to power on the glasses.

Check your USB cable or USB port could be the issue. Please attempt with a different USB cable, USB port, and/or computer.

Also check the USB port of your glasses. There is a small flat connector pin inside, make sure this is intact and appears normal.
